• California State University, San Marcos - offers a Water Management Program developed for individuals already employed in the water or wastewater industry, who wish to advance their supervisory skills and knowledge.
• Cuyamaca College - offers a Water and Wastewater Technology Program that provides employment training, and advanced courses in water and wastewater technology.
• Palomar College - offers a Water and Wastewater Technologies Program for pre-employment training, in addition to advanced courses in water and wastewater technology that will prepare students for State certification.
• San Diego Region Water & Wastewater Internship Program - The San Diego County Water Authority has partnered with Valley Center Municipal Water District, other regional water agencies, and local education centers to develop a regional water and wastewater internship program.
