We are on Valley Center Road one block east of Cole Grade Road.

To Valley Center MWD through Escondido:
  1. Valley Parkway (east) through City of Escondido
  2. Valley Parkway becomes Valley Center Road
  3. Continue on Valley Center Road up the grade
  4. Continue on Valley Center Road through town past three traffic signals
  5. VCMWD's office is located on the left, a short distance past the traffic light at Cole Grade Road
To Valley Center MWD via Interstate 15:
  1. I-15, exit Old Castle/Gopher Canyon Road
  2. Go east on Gopher Canyon a very short distance, then south on Champagne Blvd. (frontage road)
  3. Turn left onto Old Castle Road
  4. Old Castle Road becomes Lilac Road
  5. At the end of Lilac Road, turn left onto Valley Center Road
  6. VCMWD's office is located on the left, a short distance past the traffic light at Cole Grade Road
