Water delivered by the Valley Center Municipal Water District has been fluoridated since December 3,2007, when the Metropolitan Water District, supplier of our treated water supply, began fluoridating the water coming from the Skinner Filtration Plant which serves much of Western Riverside and San Diego Counties, including the VCMWD service area.
