The Valley Center Municipal Water District Board of Directors’ meeting was called to order by President Broomell at 8:55 A.M.
ROLL CALL
Board members present were: Directors Broomell, Aleshire, Stone and Haskell. Director Polito was absent. Staff members present were: General Manager Arant, Director of Finance Jeffrey, District Engineer Grabbe, Director of Operations Hoyle and Board Secretary Stetson. No spectator was present.
TOUR OF DISTRICT FACILITIES
1. A tour of the following District facilities was conducted:
■ Woods Valley Ranch Wastewater Treatment Facility
■ Old Castle Road – AMR Test Corridor
■ Moosa Percolation Ponds
■ Moosa Treatment Plant
■ Country Club Reservoir
■ Couser Pumping Station
■ Betsworth Forebay and Pumping Station
■ Orchard Run Project Site
■ District Operations Center – SCADA System
ADJOURNMENT
2. Upon motion by Aleshire, seconded by Stone and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned at
