AUDIENCE COMMENTS/QUESTIONS
Comments and inquires from the audience will be received on any matter not on the agenda, but within the jurisdiction of the Board. Comments and inquiries pertaining to an item on the agenda will be received during the deliberation of the agenda item (Government Code §54954.3).

Approval to enter into a professional engineering services agreement with Earth Tech, Inc. to evaluate the Lower Moosa Canyon Water Reclamation Facility percolation pond capacity and development of a groundwater management plan will be considered.

6. Ordinances Amending Water Rates, Service Charges, Construction Water Permit Fees and Miscellaneous Charges:
Administrative Code changes to increase water rates and fees to pass-through the San Diego County Water Authority’s and Metropolitan Water District’s rate increases, increases in local costs and partial recovery of lost property tax revenues will be presented for the Board’s consideration, as well as changes in other miscellaneous charges.
