ROLL CALL

APPROVAL OF AGENDA

At its option, the Board may approve the agenda, delete an item, reorder items and add an item to the agenda per the provisions of Government Code §54954.2.

AUDIENCE COMMENTS/QUESTIONS

Comments and inquires from the audience will be received on any matter not on the agenda, but within the jurisdiction of the Board.  Comments and inquiries pertaining to an item on the agenda will be received during the deliberation of the agenda item (Government Code §54954.3).

TOUR OF DISTRICT FACILITIES

1.         District facilities to be toured will include:

                 ■     Woods Valley Ranch Wastewater Treatment Facility

                 ■     Meadows Reservoir No. 2

                 ■     AMR Demonstration – Hidden Meadows Development

                 ■     Via Cantamar Pump Station

                 ■     Moosa Wastewater Reclamation Facility

Luncheon at approximately 11:45 a.m. at the Pala Mesa Resort, Old Highway 395

Tour of District facilities will resume to the following locations:

                 ■     San Luis Rey M.W.D. Service Area – to be Hosted by Jack Hoagland

                 ■     Couser Way Pipeline Project

                 ■     Couser Canyon Pump Station

RETURN TO DISTRICT CORPORATE FACILITIES

2.         View new Warehouse and Operations Building, Remodel Project

ADJOURNMENT

3.         Meeting will be adjourned to Monday, July 16, 2007 at 2:00 p.m.
