Project Bid Opportunities

Contract Projects for the Valley Center Municipal Water District are advertised and awarded in accordance with provisions of the Public Contract Code. Projects are advertised in Newspapers of general circulation in the area of the project and also in various Construction Trade Journals and Newsletters. Contracts are awarded to the lowest responsible bidder as required by the Code.
